I get the following screen on my desktop repeatedly:__msimn.exe-Application error
I am an 82 year old retired former railroader with little computer knowledge and I need help. I continuously receive a screen on my desktop as follows: The instruction at "0x10068c9" referenced memory at "0x01b380e0" . The memory could not be "read" . Click on OK to terminate the program.Can anyone help me get this corrected ??

Hi norm3r,Do you remember any changes prior to the issue occurring?Follow the below steps and check if the issue persists.Step 1: Boot your machine in safe mode and check if the message appears.Step 2: If the message does not appear in safe mode, I'd have you put your computer in a clean boot state. There could be a third party program causing the message to appear.
