Error message on Boot-Up! svchost.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c91b21a" referenced memory at "0x00000010". The memory could not be "written". Method 2: Place your computer in Clean Boot state to identify the application causing this issue. Putting your system in clean boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.
