It is when you first turn your computer on, and you have it set for user protection. My name pops up and it wants a password to continue, it has a help button but all it gives me is a clue to help but it does not help me at all. So I can't even get onto my computer now. Please someone help me!!!!!! This is my password that I must type in to "unlock" the computer so thenI may go to my email accounts and log in on whatever account I want. I have tried any password I can think of with no luck. I don't know if there is a way around this so i can reset it and write it down or to completely do away with the computer password protection. I did not realize that I did this. I don't really need to have it protected from people logging on. I sure would appreciate any help. I have someone who I can get to help me if someone tells me how to do it.9 people need an answerI do too
