I do not have Local Group Policies!
I'm using Windows 7 i'm not sure wat type it is but I cant access secpol.msc or regedit. I had to manual able it =.=.... how to i get secpol.msc?

Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic and Home Premium, do not come with Local Group Policy Settings. This is probably your problem check what version you have.
