I cant access my start menu cause everytime I put mouse arrow on the menu bar below the arrow turns to the hour glass and I keep getting window explorer error report requests. How do I fix this?I can click on the desktop icons and it eventuallypullsit up and the internet works too. 1 person needs an answerI do too
