The error message says that I have an incorrect address and then puts the subject as an address I have dealt with my internet provider and they say it is my Outlook Express (Office 03). All of my POP and SMTP settings are correct. I do use Norton for my firewall and virus protection. The only change has been moving the computer to another room and not having cable ( internet )service for about a month1 person needs an answerI do too
