Hello, It is saying you cannot change password/or account policies require to have password. And notification area shows the password doesn't meet HP Bios password requirements. However, I can login and use password I remember the password. I cannot remove or change the password.

Log as Administrator to change your account password or Press F2 to enter BIOS when start your computer, to remove your bios password first. If you still can't remove your password, search such a program Windows Password Key to help clear the password by making a bootable disc from the file.
