The thing is, I'm trying toupgrade nero 9 and the nero scheduler 4 won't stop running so I can. I uninstalled nero 9. it asked me to stop the scheduler 4 so it can be completely uninstalled it, so I did. Then I reinstalled nero 9.Then tried to add the new features and it said a service in nero 9 isstill running,So I went to start...run... services.misc and found it. I went into the properties of the nero scheduler and it said service status stopped and startup type automatic. I want to change the startup type automatic to disabled but all option are in faded letters... meaning I can't change any options in properties or in this service.(Startup type, pause, start, resume, logon ,recovery, etc..). I want to completely remove nero scheduler from my computer and harddrive and services... HOW?

Nero BackItUp Scheduler 4.0 is a component of Nero 9. Using Nero 9 CleanTool should be able to remove all the Nero 9 components completely. Arthur Li - MSFT
