I had this same problem with Firefox when trying, but if you use Internet Explorer, the upgrade button is filled in and clickable.

Same problem here. I am trying to get the movie transfered onto my laptop so I can transfer it to my Droid phone.I followed another suggestion to the letter by renaming my DRM folder to DRMbackup and changing proxy settings. Still not working.
