Don't you have to have an anti-virus program installed for it to show in the Security Set-up? You didn't say that you have one...

I think paz_3 was meaning to say is that you need an AV installed for Windows to see it. It is does not show an AV there it will not be able to activate one. I would recommend you installMSE .
