I cannot activate the Virus Protection in the Microsoft Security Centre. The message "Not Found" appears in the "ON/ Off" space
I believe that I had a virus on the computer. I have used the Microsoft website to Check and clean the machine, but I cannot activate the virus protection in the security section.1 person needs an answerI do too

Don't you have to have an anti-virus program installed for it to show in the Security Set-up? You didn't say that you have one...

I think paz_3 was meaning to say is that you need an AV installed for Windows to see it. It is does not show an AV there it will not be able to activate one. I would recommend you installMSE . It is FREE and is known to be the Best Free AV out there. Many don't believe it because they have not tried it for them selves.
