I cannot Install RSATon Windows 8 En-US Language Pack

Hi,

I could not  install RSAT on Windows 8 Single Language Pack, I would like run cluster management tool from Windows 8 Single Language pack if anybody has knowledge about this  please advise me.

Which language does your Windows have? A Single Langauge can't install other language packs, so you need en English (En-US) Windows.

Windows 8 have (En-US) Language pack.

I am getting an error while installing RSAT on Windows 8 Single Language that:

This update is not applicable on your system.
