I can hear ads even when there is not anything running can someone help me? It's very nerve racking I can't list to music without the ads running in the background

Try closing each application one at a time to test. It could be a background music in one of the web pages. If no browser windows are open and yet this problem occurs, track down the running applications using Process Explorer.
