Are you running Norton Internet Security or any same such? You might consider doing a repair install: http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook

No, I have Kaspersky antivirues running well with out any problems. Does the repairing solve the problem? Well, it's hard to say if it will solve the problem or not without looking at the machine or trying it. But I'd give it a shot and see if it works. It's pretty low-risk and only costs you a little time. -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook
