I tried everything, but to know avail so if there someone who could help me with this. Is this a Microsoft Lync related issue at all?  Or are you having difficulty connecting Android to WiFi?  If it's an Android issue and not related to Microsoft Lync, I would contact the vendor who sold you the device for support.
