I can't download service pack three. I keep getting this error c:\windows\system32\kernel32.dll is open or in use.I have tried turning off anti-virus, cleaning my registry, and looking for applications running with the task manager. Nothing works. Does anyone have any answers?1 person needs an answerI do too
