Hi , Are you able to copy other files from the computer to the flash drive? What is the exact error message you receive? However, you may try to check if you have the Administrator rights on the computer and later try to change the ownership of the file and check if it help. To Open user account and verify the user account status: a. Click on Start and click on control panel.b. Click on User account.c. Select you user account and verify if its select to Computer Administrator.d. If its not selected, select the option to change the Account type and change it to Computer Administrator.
