I can't access my desktop from only one of my three computers
I can't access my desktop from only one of my three computers. I am able to access my desktopfromone of my laptops and vice versa, but when is comes down to my second laptop I can't access my desk and laptop #1. Even more bewildering to me is that I can access laptop #2from both my desk and laptop1. I have checked the sharing settings andip addresses, and I can't make heads nor tails of it at all.

If one of your computer has Windows XP you will need to install this on it for it to be able to see the vista computer.Maybe this will help you, hopefully.http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4F01A31D-EE46-481E-BA11-37F485FA34EA&displaylang=en

Make sure there is no firewall blocking (Windows firewall, antivirus firewall, etc) on that desktop. Also ensure you can ping that desktop IP from other computers. This is easier way to access the shared folder, just open file explorer and type following command in address bar:\\other-PC-IP-with-shared-folder example: \\192.168.1.45 or \\10.1.1.100 dawooddHome Network, Wireless Network and Computer Networking Made Easy
