I have a WPA-PSK AES encryption. I just checked to make sure I had all the settings and password correct (I am wired into my router as well for the moment). At first when I click on the network to connect it doesn't ask me for the password, it just gives me the aforementioned error message. When I go into the properties and put in the specifics, it still doesn't work and gives me the error again, then goes to "Limited or No Connectivity." I have tried updating, restarting, and whatnot, but the settings either don't work, or the security settings revert to an open networkdespite my changing them multiple times. Any thoughts? Here's the weird part. We replaced the Cable Modem about the same time that this failure started. I was able to connect to the wireless router before the change was made. I just found out that my son changed the wireless router to support b/g/n. I don't know what it was.
