I am using user accounts control and it requires everything to be authorized. How do I change that. The "help" selection informed me to go to "run" type in secpol.msc and then run. Did that. Guess what! I do not have secpol.msc. I even searched for it. I understand that you are upset but you need to be far more descriptive about what is really happening. Windows XP does not have User Account Control the way Vista does.
