I am using outlook express and up until we downloaded the latest internet explorer everything was fine but now I am unable to open any links in my email.
I have had this problem before but don't remember what I had to do to fix it.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Bullduster, Thanks for posting. Please do the following to resolve this issue.
Start Internet Explorer
Select the Tools->Internet Options menu
Select the [Programs] tab
Look for a check box labeled "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser "
If this check box is not checked, then this is the cause of the problem. Check this box.
Click OK
Close Internet Explorer
Re-open Internet Explorer
Close Outlook Express
Re-open Outlook Express
