Hello CHUKSANDEE Memory is a different thing from the space on your hard drive. It is the amount of RAM installed and you will get that error message when the system does not have enough available. 512MB OF ram is sometimes not enough for XP if you use memory intensive applications. Better would be 1GB. In the meantime you could check your paging file and increase it to see if that helps Right click My Computer/Properties/Advanced/Performance/Settings. Click Advanced Tab then the Change button for Virtual Memory If the size is less than detailed below change it please Set it to 768 MB for both minimum and maximum settings. SET OK your way out.
