Hi Devar, When setting up a brand new Wifi Router you can not immediately connect to the wirelessyou have to switch on the wireless router and you also need an ethernet cable to connect wireless router to your pcnormally all routers come with a installation cd. but if this one didntopen your web browser and type in the ip address of the default-gateway The default IP address of Linksys routers is 192.168.1.1from there you can set up the security features and everything and after you have set up the passwords and everything please connect your modem to the wireless router so that you can access the internetto manage your wireless with the windows wireless client please enable your WZC Wireless Zero Configurationto enable Wireless Zero Configuration do the followingStart Menu - click on RUNtype in SERVICES.MSC scroll down the list until you see Wireless Zero ConfigurationDouble click and start up type should be : Automaticand also click on Start to start the service. Hope that helps
