Hi, I would like to verify if you want to configure remote desktop guest or host? Does the Remote Desktop application work? Can other computer remote to this one. If not, what error is received? Go to verify if C:\Windows\System32\mstsc.exe exists. If the file is missing, try to run system file checker to repair the missing files. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 If the file exists, go to System Properties, Remote tab check if Remote Desktop exists. Meanwhile, you could disable your security software temporarily to check the result.
