I can not access my spybot or my disk cleaner, another cleaning service keeps interfering and I can not remove it nor can I go back to retrive spybot or disk clerner.1 person needs an answerI do too

download and run combofix.. i know exactly what ur talkin about.. ive fixed it before.. you will have to rename the program you want to run though cuz that trojan wont allow it to run. mbam wont find it either.. just rename the combofix prog from combofix.exe to combo.bat it will run and remove it.. guarenteed or your money back.

The person who suggested you run this tool may have done so successfully and was either lucky or is an expert (or both). It is not appropriate for unskilled end users, especially since we do not even know with what your computer is infected at this point.
