I am receiving phone calls saying they are Microsoft and want me to switch on my computer during the conversation,I refuse and obtained a phone number of 01865 600898__but I called them back and then hung up, is this one of your support numbers?

It is FAKE for sure , because Microsoft will NEVER calls you, unless you ask Microsoft to call you or you open a support case. It is FAKE for sure. Please report it in your local Anti-fraud department.
