I am not receiving emails since June 30, 2010 in Outlet Express
1. My ISP is COX 2. If I send a test message to myself, I do not receive it on my Inbox.3.There are no error messages.4. When I sent myself two test messages, both did show in my "sent Items".5. Norton Internet Security is my anti virus program1 person needs an answerI do too

If the messages show in the Sent items folder, its usually indicative of the message having been sent and the problem is likely not on your computer. However, since you are using Norton, that could be the issue instead.
