I am trying to download a program with a printing company through their ROES- I get this error message every time and would love help as to what to do: "the offline cache of the order entry system is missing some resources. Please connect to the internet to allow the system to refresh" I am connected to the internet and have used this ordering system before so not sure what is going on. I have Windows 7 Home

1. The change need not be necessarily on your site. Double check it in vendors support forum as well as the event log 2. Any new installs or configurations that may have an influence? 3. Try to delete all from Internet Explorer except favorites. 4. If there is security issue (https), double check the certificate. Regards Milos
