Hi, Please open Local Group Policy Editor, go to Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Logon Check “Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon” is disable. If the issue persists, please try to login with Safe Mode with networking to see if the same issue occurs. Furthermore, you can update the network adapter driver and update BIOS to the latest version. Hope that helps.
