Hi shoaebm, Try using Microsoft Security Essentials to scan for virus, this might help you to get rid of virus. Run an online scan for your computer. Hi Shoaebm,Run a scan on your computer by visiting http://safety.live.com. If the scan is not going to fix it then try doing a system restore. Also peform disk cleanup and disk defragmentation. This can improve your system performance. Backup can be taken in many ways. Simple way is by using a DVD-ROM or by using a Flash Drive. Insert the Empty disc and follow the On-screen insttuctions to perform the data backup.Whenever you install an Operating System on your computer, say you have 250GB HDD, split the drives into two. Make 50 GB to be the primary partion for installing the OS and the remaining for having the data.If you need any telephonic support, contact Microsoft directly. For US its 1800-936-5700 and for UK its 0844-800-2400. Also if you are on a different time zone, please visithttps://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=1173&st=1&wfxredirect=1&sd=gn.Thanks,Nanda
