I think i have virus in my c drive there are many important files in it. I cannot format my computer so can anybody tell me how shall i take back up of c drive and how to format it? Please help me i do not have much information regarding this.

Hi Shoaebm,Run a scan on your computer by visiting http://safety.live.com. If the scan is not going to fix it then try doing a system restore. Also peform disk cleanup and disk defragmentation. This can improve your system performance. Backup can be taken in many ways. Simple way is by using a DVD-ROM or by using a Flash Drive. Insert the Empty disc and follow the On-screen insttuctions to perform the data backup.Whenever you install an Operating System on your computer, say you have 250GB HDD, split the drives into two.
