I am been accused of sending E-mail to people which i did not!

What is your email service provider? Try to contact them and ask them for help, also make sure you have Anti-Spam or Junk filter and it is on.These emails might be some sort of Spam and DO NOT reply or contact them. Contact your email provider for more help.

there are email virus that raid your address book, and then use the addresses, sometimes from opening an attatchment, plus are you sure no one else has use of your PC?

There was HOAX that will send fake delivery failure message on random address and what user does is send email to spammer and ask them that I did NOT send you email.Another possibility is Malware that scan your contact list and send email or message to your contacts.
