Hi,

The combination of the virtual IP address and mask must yield the same subnet as the combination of the IP address and mask of the adapter in the network. The virtual IP address must belong to the network. To add virtual IP addresses, on the NLB tab of the network properties, click Add VIP. Each of the addresses will be added to the matching network's network adapter with same subnet mask as that of the primary virtual IP address.
