Hi,
the same problem, I've created a rule to publish a web site, and if I try to navigate to it from an external client in ISA monitoring section I see the request coming fromo external ip to port 443 but with destination ISA server IP address and not for www.mysite.com... and I'm not able to browse the site. While if I try to navigate from my ISA server to tthe web site in the monitoring section I see request from ISA to www.mysite.com and I can browse the site...
This is the problem

Hi,

Is there any error in ISA logging?

You could try to troubleshoot the issue by following the steps in the article below.

Records location request and reply activity from clients.

Hi Joyce,
thanks a lot for your helo, now I've solved my issue due to just one NIC on my ISA.
Now users can reach web site and are prompt for credential, but not able to authenticate.... I'm checking this now.
Following the error that I can see in Log:

Failed Connection Attempt RPROXY_Server 12/11/2014 16.01.04
Log type: Web Proxy (Reverse)
Status: 12210 An Internet Server API (ISAPI) filter has finished handling the request. Contact your system administrator.
Rule:
Source: ( 217.200.185.252:0)
Destination: ( 1.100.129.73:443)
Request: GET http://mysite.mydomain.com/CookieAuth.dll?GetPic?image=logon_Microsoft.gif
Filter information: Req ID: 071105cb
Protocol: https

Any suggestion ?
Thanks

Your best bet is going to be to set up a redirect in the root of the published web server.

Hi,
solved, now I can see my website! :)
But I've to specify to virtual directory to show eg: www.myste.com/directory
There is the possibility to redirect all request to www.mysite.com to www.mysite.com/directory?
I've tryed setting it into IIS configuration but it doesn't works...
Thanks!!!!

You can do this redirection at TMG level.

Here is the blog with the steps.http://blogs.technet.com/b/keithab/archive/2011/06/13/setting-up-an-owa-redirect-in-forefront-tmg-2010-the-easy-way.aspx
