I am trying to watch an embedded video and it only loads a small bit of the video and then plays it and then loads another small bit and so on. In my internet details it has IPv6 Limited. Does that affect the speed at which this video? I don't seem to be having the same issues with YouTube videos. I checked with a friend of mine and his IPv6 Says Local and he does have the same issues. Is it potentially the website? FYI I fun Norton, he runs Kapersky.
