IPSEC Authentication without encryption
Can i enable IPSEC isolation on a server so that clients need to authenticate only before connected to the isolated server withour encrypting the trafficammarhasayen

You can choose to conserve only data integrity and not use enryption. Go to mmc and use IP Security Policy on Local Computer and create a new IP Sec policy and then choose to conserve integrity only using SHA1.
