In command screen edit mode is not getting  working in windows 8.1 pro,

but in the windows 7 edit mode is working, Kindly resolve the issue.

You need to be much more specific.  Whatever you are asking is local to your environment

We hope your issue has been resolved, to be better understanding your question, we need more specific details, Do you have any issue when you edit/paste in command prompt? If you mean quickedit mode, you could simply click c:\_ icon check quick edit mode in properties.
