IMAP cannot connect to server using Windows 7 connected to a domain
We have a computer with Windows 7 installed and Office 2010. It is connected to the domain, we are using ISA 2006 and Exchange 2007. Our problem is that the computer, when we try to add a new email with IMAP settings, it says that it can't connect to the IMAP mail server. We made some test that confirmed that the IMAP settings of the server is correct, since it worked with Windows XP with Outlook 2010 installed. We also tried to have a fresh install of Windows 7 and installed Office 2010, and connected it to a different ISP (Open network), the email worked (connected to IMAP mail server). We're now thinking it might be an issue with Windows 7 and ISA 2006, there must be a setting to pass thru ISA. Can someone give us a thought? Thanks!
