IE disables addons of JRE and others, 64 bit, how to enable incompatible addons?

Following message (for Windows 8.1 64 bit's JRE 64 bit install) shows Internet Explorer disables many add ons, websites fails display at all.

How configuration enables these add-ons?

Click on the add-on and you'll get Enable / Disable button on right side (bottom).

Add-ons's statuses are Incompatible not Disabled which doesn't allow Enable/Disable.

Go to nternet Explorer executable located at: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe right-click that & select run as administrator. And check if you can enable them now.

Hurrah, JRE's add-on status was Incompatible, new status (whether iexplorer.exe run as administrator or just clicked Quick launch icon) is Enabled, after many new programs installations mostly Blu-Ray DVD players, of course because now ISP's speed is 128 Kbps instead of 7.2 Mbps, many websites refuses loading so increasing this speed was necessary (Success), but I don't know which program Enabled JRE.

Thanks anyway.
