Hello, i'M just planning a Internet Explorer 8 Configuration Baseline for our Windows7 Rollout. I've read through the IE Security Guide but i also found the Feature Network Protocol Lock down. At the Moment i'm configuring the Basline and i want to use the Protocol Lock Down. Now i just stumbled over the Gpo Setting : Admin templates\windows components\internet explorer\internet Control Panel\security Page Locked Down Internet Zone Template Locked Down Intranet Zone Template and so on I cant figure out what these Settings for? Do i have to change theme to a High Security level to get the Protocol Lock down effective? Basically i want to Use Custom Settings for each Zone. thank you best regards Stefan
