Here are a couple of things to experiment with: 1. Run Internet Explorer with no add-ons, i.e. click the Windows Orb (Start) > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If the issue doesn’t occur, it must be caused by an add-on, so go to IE > Tools > Manage add-ons and disable any unnecessary add-ons. 2. Reset Internet Explorer settings, i.e. Internet Options > Advanced Tab and click 'Reset' at the bottom. Also in the Advanced Tab, scroll down to Enable third-party browser extensions and remove the tick > Apply > OK, etc. and/or read this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 This link explains what is reset and what is deleted, e.g. history, typed URLs. How to re-enable Add-ons is a further link at the bottom of the page http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/81fe3b46-2460-459e-b826-8f134a7fe1771033.mspx
