Hello, I have a link on my IIS intranet called "RMI" that points to the file S:\Training\Reference Material Index\REFERENCE MATERIAL INDEX.mht When I click this link, a mht file opens which contains links to choose from, kind of like a web switchboard. When I click one of the links called "Enforcement" which points to this file \\dcsssb\dcss$\DCSS Apps\Resource\Training\Reference Material Index\ENFORCEMENT.mht the page opens fine. At the bottom of the IE screen in the status bar it says "Trusted Sites, Protected Mode: On", all nice and good. When I click the IE Back button, all is still good. When I click on the "Enforcement" link again, I get a blank IE screen, and at the bottom it says "Unknown Zone Protected Mode On". If we close IE and reopen IE and follow the steps again, all is good until the Back button is clicked then we get the same blank page. Could someone help me resolve this issue? Your help is greatly appreciated. Our workstations are, WIndows 7 Pro SP1 with IE 8.0.7601. Fyi, clicking the same links above in XP Pro SP3 and IE 8.0.6001, works fine. Iram/mcp
