I have a user that is running Windows 7 x32 and for some reason IE 8 using the Pop-up Blocker is not working correctly and it was working but can't figure out what happened. I have a web site added to the Pop-up Blocker Exceptions list and when that web site is used it keeps telling me that Pop-up's are not allowed. I have even turned off Pop-up Blocker and I still gives me the same message. I have uninstalled IE8 and reinstalled it and did the Reset Internet Explorer Settings with the same problem. I have other Windows 7 PC's setup the same way that are working correctly. What I can't figure out is with it turned off why is it still giving me the error saying that Pop-up's are not turned allowed.
