Hi, Addon which is effecting id Office Document Cache Handler. error message : A problem occured while connecting to the server. If problem continues contact administrator. Working scenario: If Addon is Enabled: Opening file from the online company intranet which is opening directly and gives a pop-up server readonly and when we need to edit it it gives the above error. If Addon is Disabled: while opening the file it gives an pop-up for Open, Save or Saveas. and if we do open its working fine and enables editting it. Need to keep the addon according to the company group policy for IE9. Any solution to resolve it witout disabling it. Looking forward for your replies..
