Hi, Can you post more exactly information for the issue? Such like screen shot, error code, etc? Do you mean you can only access the website by IP address, not by their server name? Before you post more information at here, you can try to following suggestions: Refresh your DNS Open CMD and type ipconfig/flushdns Set your DNS manually Right click your network icon>Opening Network and Sharing Center>Change adapter Settings>Right click local area connection>Properties >Internet Protocol Version 4>check under Use the following DNS server address> Type 8.8.8.8 for both options.
