I have an issue with my explorer where I cannot open the explorer. I can FTP because i can update the Symantec softwear and i can ping all sites from the command prompt. I can also open TELNET type systems for internet PvP programs. It seems the internet port is closed, but that is usually on the server, so I am stumped. I had a malware (www.full-scan.c o m) that ate my whole system. I cleaned that up, but cannot get the browser to do anything besides show the "cannot display the webpage". I have tried the diagnosis, device manager and troubleshooting processes. I have done the regsvr32 for the DLL's. any other suggestions?1 person needs an answerI do too
