Hi, there is a bug in IE11. When I pressed Inspect Element (right clicking > Inspect Element), a message box appeared to allow the f12 developer tool kits (something same as it, if forgotten). I ignored it. Then the Inspect element panel came on the bottom of IE11, with no control, it was empty. So, please fix that if we ignore that message box, the panel should not appear without allowing !
