In order to configure IE10/11 on Windows 7 computers, it was advised to use RSAT on Windows 8.1, so that option to configure IE10 becomes available. Installed RSAT, run GPMC and browsed to User->Preferences->Control Panel->IE Settings. Created new setting policy and did few changes to ActiveX configuration just to see if they will apply to IE11 on Windows 7 computers, and they didn't work. Gpupdate /force and rebooting W7 computers didn't solve it either. Need help on what are we missing. Thanks.

Hi,
Since RSAT has different version for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, considering this could be the cause why the configuration is not applied to IE11 on Windows 7.
I recommend you use IEAK11 which is applied for IE11 on both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
This will help to deploy the IE configuration more efficiently.
