Have you looked under Control Panel->Programs ->Installed Updates, maybe the update was installed but you didn't notice it. If you can't see it, please try to download the Installer from Download Center and install it. It is not auto installed from Windows update. It will not install from download site. From 7100 Build, I can't see 7600 for download, and I thought evaluation was good 'till June. But that a critical update not be available to someone in this case is, what can I say, Questionable? So two alternatives are 1) Reinstall Vista U. 2) Rush out and buy Windows 7. Not doing Vista any more so for safety sake I have to rush out & buy Windows 7. Question answered.
