Language Packs can be installed only in Windows 7 Ultimate editions and are available for download from Windows Update. Please review the Windows 7 Editions Comparison Chart You can easily upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate with Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade Carey Frisch
