I'm sorry for being stupid. I have read several posts, but I'm still not sure if I need another spyware program to run with MSE ect IObit 360 or Malwarebytes. Does MSE protect me from all known threats??

MSE is all you need to protect yourself from antimalware. The definition files are updated roughly every 24 hours, and it does an excellent job of protecting you. NO antimalware product will protect you from ALL KNOWN threats. And, running multiple products will probably not provide you with more protection, and will likely impact the performance of your machine. At a minimum, multiple products will require more administration and support.Doc

Hi Dr. Stangelove. Thank you for response. I now feel like I have all I need To keep my PC protected from malware.. I realize that no program can protect me from all the kooks out there that want to screw up the internet for all of us. I think this program is going to be awesome and already is a great program. Trying to watch my prepositions . Sorry we got off to a bad start on that. I'm learning to find my way around the forum but I still get lost. I had IObit 360 installed with MSE and had a real bad experience with that. I no longer have IObit 360 installed. I'm fortunate to have a great back up program. You have assured me that all I need is MSE and I thank you my friend.---garybear
