I'm in Craigs' List trying to respond to job postings and a dialog box pops up saying "Mail server not properly installed." What does that mean & how do I fix or install what it wants?

I've tried to respond to job postings on Craig's List & my mail server is not properly installed. I currently use Yahoo. I've tried redirecting MSN livemail as my default mail server with no effect. Now what? HELP!1 person needs an answerI do too
